Dr. Fisayo Oyedeji

Director

Dr. Fisayo Oyedeji, is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, Banker, Investment Banker, Academic, Tax Expert and a Legal Practitioner with over 35 years of experience in Financial Service Industry.

A graduate of the University of Lagos, where he earned Honors Degrees in Accounting, followed by Masters Degree in (Finance), International Law & Diplomacy PhD in Strategy (Financial Management and Strategic Alliances). He is also a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and a Solicitor and Advocate of Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Dr. Oyedeji is the Chairman of Financial Care Advisers, Primewealth Capital Limited (both an Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Financial Advisory Firms), Focus Tax Management & Advisory Services and Potters & Capstone Solicitors.

He has expertise in Financial Management & Financial Advisory Services, Asset Management, Structured Finance, Business Management and Organisation turnaround, Taxation, Property and Corporate Legal Services.

Over the years, Dr. Oyedeji has held productive senior management functions in various Financial Institutions, including Continental Trust Merchant Bank, Fidelity Bank, UBA and has served as the Group Managing Director & Founder of Core Trust and Investment Limited (a full-service investment banking firm) and has acquired experience in diverse aspects of banking, finance, investment banking and corporate management.

He is also the Chairman of Agile Capital Foundation a social impact and philanthropy enterprise. He has attended several courses in Nigeria and abroad. He is on the Board of several companies.

Dr. Oyedeji, brings to bear character, deep competence, trust and integrity in the discharge of his assignments and any other service to humanity.

Dr. Thomas Ogungbangbe

Director

Dr. Thomas Ogungbangbe is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, of CITA [CITA PETROLEUM LTD, CITA BULK STORAGE FACILITIES LTD, CITA AVIATION FUELING COMPANY LTD], the largest aviation fueling company in the country by airfield presence. The Group has depots in Kano, Sokoto, Yola, Abuja, Uyo, Lagos, Kaduna, Maiduguri, Warri, Port – Harcourt, Owerri, Enugu and Calabar.

Prior to establishing CITA Group, Dr. Ogungbangbe was the General Manager, Aviation Business at MRS Oil & Gas, seconded in 2009, to Chevron Oil Nigeria Plc, as Aviation Marketing Manager – West Africa and later promoted as the, Group Aviation Manager – West & Central Africa, based in the Lagos office, where he was the focal point for all aviation fuel work for Corlay/MRS Group.

Dr. Ogungbangbe is a scientist by training, holds an MBA from University of Ilorin, and has a doctorate degree in Strategic Marketing, from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Nigeria. He is a trained IATA Airfield Jet Fuel Inspector. He was formerly a board member of the Second Joint Users Hydrant Installation (JUHI-2) owned by CITA. Mr. Jide Ibitayo (Esq.)

Director

Mr. Jide Ibitayo (Esq.) is the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc. He is a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Solicitor of England & Wales. He holds LLB from Ogun State University before proceeding to obtain his Master of Laws (LLM) from the University College London specializing in Corporate and Commercial Laws. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Certified Compliance Professional. 

He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School where he attended the Advance Management Programme. He was formerly a Partner at the London firm of Peniel Solicitors/Simon Bethel Solicitors and lectured Company and Revenue Laws at Universities of Wolverhampton and Huddersfield through the Holborn College of Law London prior to joining MUTUAL, he also previously worked as legal officer at defunct City Express Bank Plc which was acquired by UBA Plc.

He has over 20 years post qualification experience and competence in Legal and business Management
